Excess possessions can build up over time and may go unnoticed by those directly involved. For some it may become obvious which in turn can lead to a feeling of embarrassment and shame.
Clutter Therapy is an opportunity to clear the space as well as the mind.
Sessions can focus on clearing a specific cupboard, a room or a complete house. During these sessions we will work to understand the root cause of the collection of possessions and develop coping tools to move forward.
